The house is copy/modify and would suit parcels from 800m plus. It comes with a faux rezzer so that you can choose which furniture sets to rez dependent on prim counts/needs.
The interior walls, floors and blinds are texture change as is much of the furniture. Plus many furnishings are colour change too. All in all this means that you can set up the house and decor exactly to your needs.
